RETURN POLICY
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price up to 30 days from your order date.
E-mail us at returns@northpines.org with the reason for your return. We will then issue a Return Authorization (RA#) via email. All we ask is that you pay the return shipping cost. Once received, we will promptly issue a full credit, less shipping charges.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date.
